April 1^st 2011 6:45 PM at the Ravenswood with 19 members in attendance creating a quorum.

Carl Gonzalez gave the Treasurers’ report.

Dave Barcomb made motion to accept the report as stated by the treasurer. Tony Whitbeck seconded.

Steve Keeler gave the Secretary’s report.

Dick Sherwood made motion to accept as stated by the Secretary. Ted Baugh seconded.

President

Fee Changes From WTGC

The league dues for members remain the same at $11.00 per week.

Green fees have increased $1.00 to $17.00 per week.

Cart fees for 18 remain the same at $30.00.

Cart fees for 9 hole league play increased $1.00 to $16.00.

Proposed Rule Changes

Members over the age of 75 allowed to play from the forward tees.

Motion failed.

Previous Members in good standing shall have until February 1^st to state their intention to rejoin. A $50.00 deposit will be required to hold the spot. Said fee is non-refundable (unless there are extenuating circumstances i.e.: illness to be reviewed by the officers) but will applied towards Green/Dues fees.
